Arielle has a passion for anything fitness related and has a special love for Yoga. She is certified as a Thai Yoga Therapy Practitioner, is a 200 Hour Yoga Instructor, and she’s certified in group exercise instruction.  Arielle has learned how to use the whole person to treat the whole person and can’t wait to share her love and knowledge with you to help guide you through your own journey- no matter what that looks like for you.
