Yoga’sup! presents Yoga, meditation and music that will stretch and strengthen your body and calm your mind. Yoga specifically designed for ‘tweens and teens forms the base of classes with an introduction to other stress-relief options such as – aromatherapy, mindfulness, and music.

These classes can help you develop a personal routine to maintain a healthy mind/body balance.

No prior yoga experience is required.

Mats and all other materials will be provided for use during class.
